About MCA

The Association's activities are initiated and directed through MCA Councils, Committees, and special task groups. Through these Councils, Committees, and task groups, members are able to pool their knowledge and experience for the general benefit of the industry.

Programs undertaken by MCA include market development, education, and technical service through the use of technical guidelines, statistics, specifications, and brochures. Special attention is also given to problems affecting the industry, such as code requirements, fire testing, wind load regulations and similar concerns.

The professional staff is responsible for helping in the development, implementation, and coordination of the activities and the programs of the Association under the direction of the President and the Board of Directors. The Officers and Directors are responsible for MCA policies, programs, and general governance of the Association.
