One Water Street Looks Over the Ben Franklin Bridge
Anyone driving over the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philadelphia can’t help but be impressed with the new One Water Street tower. Situated at the base of the bridge and North Christopher Columbus Boulevard, this project is ideally situated overlooking the Delaware River in the heart of Old Philadelphia.
The One Water Street project used 150,000 SF of Alcotex® Aluminum Composite Material in the Pure White, Mouse Grey, Silver, custom Graham Bronze and custom Pearl Orange colors. The design team collaborated with the panel fabricator & installer to help maximize the efficiency of the finished panel sizes and accelerate the construction schedule. The architectural firm of Varenhorst has also worked closely with the Owner, PMC Property Group, previously on the 1900 and 1924 Arch Street projects. High quality, versatility and durability makes Alcotex® a natural choice for architects.
